About our Clothing

All of our current clothing is manufactured by Volunteer Knitwear™, and 100% made in the USA.  We choose them as a supplier after an extensive search of American apparel companies.  I own several of each of the Tees and Hoodies, and they have held up extremely well.

Volunteer Knit Apparel, Inc. was established in September 1986 as a contract knitting operation.  In 1989, the company expanded to its present location and became a vertical mill operation.  Knitting, bleaching, cutting, sewing, packaging, and shipping of basic knitwear is done at our location in New Tazewell, TN.  A dye operation is performed in Knoxville, TN.

The fit on all the Volunteer Knitwear™ clothing that we sell is best described as athletic / slim.  I'm a (mildly athletic) 5'11 male, 162 pounds, and a medium tee or large hoodie is a snug fit - order a size up from your normal size if you want a looser fit.
